Creation of the LAVAYSSIERE company in Figeac (46) in a small family workshop by Henry LAVAYSSIERE.
Creation of PRODEX in Saint-Hilaire (45).
MAVIL launches the Ateliers de Liernais manufacturing operation.
Creation of RACS.

MAVIL is acquired by GEWISS.
2010
DPRI takes over RACS. Creation of the group by David and Myriam Petit-Rouvès.
1995
PRODEX is acquired by the SAVOYE group.

Creation of MAVIPAL to take over MAVIL stockage.
2014
MAVIPAL merges with RACS.
Creation of DPA in Quetigny (21).
2020
MAVIPAL acquires PRODEX in its new premises in Bourgbarré (35).
2021
Creation of DPA Global Solutions and relocation of teams to PRODEX premises.
Creation of the MAVENTIS group, with headquarters in Brive-La-Gaillarde (19).
Acquisition of LAVAYSSIERE in Capdenac-Gare (12).

2024
MAVENTIS acquires DPA and the company merges with DPA Global Solutions.
The group now has 3 production sites, 2 agencies, 1 head office and around 120 employees.
